When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way, along with any tracking details.

Do you ship outside the UK?

At the moment we deliver to UK addresses only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — keep an eye on our newsletter for updates.

What if I'm not home when my order arrives?

Your courier will follow their standard redelivery or safe place process. You'll be notified by them directly with options to rearrange or redirect your delivery.

My order arrived damaged — what should I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please get in touch with us at within 48 hours of receiving your order, and include a photo if possible. We'll sort it out for you straight away.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to update the address. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll see what we can do.

During busy periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day, and Valentine's Day, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We'll always let you know in advance if this applies — and we recommend ordering a little earlier to be safe.
